THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION IS FOR AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPENING WITH PARADIGM 9, LLC.   


 

 

In this role specialists will perform customer service assistance to established clients at their own schedule and availability. Speciailsts must be experienced in working independedntly, managing schedules and adhering to their selected commitments. Specialists will work as an indeendent contractor providing informed support on specific technological and general inquiry for customers via chat and phone.

An in-house certification class must be fully executed. This class is self-funded with stipends available on a case-by-case basis, after the first 90 days of successful service.

 

 Professionals must be fluent in the following areas:

  • Ability to comprehend and navigate customer support protocol quickly.
  • Ability to learn multiple technical platforms to provide business support to customers.
  • Ability to self-manage and stay disciplined.
  • Exquisite ability to manage and adhere to training schedules, meetings and shifts as commited.
  • Ability to maintain a stable remote work environment and foster independence.
  • Ability to create a positive and quiet work environment with an internet connection, PC/Mac and headset.

 

Ideal candidates must have reliable headset, Internet and computer equipment.

*Successful candidates typically have strong work ethic, superior time management skills and are business minded.

 

Commitment

Candidates must execute and pass an in-house certification course.

 

Freanch speakers will take precedence, but not required.
